To no one's surprise

The subject of billy

Shall often arise

The unknown king

on silly throne

Much about billy

Remains unknown

But I have learned

Some ancient truths

Bestowed to me

By a gang of youths

Who walked up to me

With hoods of black

And said silly billy

Had seen my sub stack

They said nothing more

They gave me a scroll

Singing adel

Away they strolled

I hid the scroll

under my cloak

I leaned on my cane

My pipe I smoked

Thinking this must be

Some kind of joke

Has silly billy noticed me?

I get back home

In from the rain

Throw my wet cloak

To my butler Wayne

And told him that

it had happened again

The thing with the youths and the scroll

He said sir that's four times today

Maybe don't throw this one away

Was growing high

The rest of the

afternoon was spent

Scrolling through scrolls

that silly billy has sent

all of them in some way say

that he has written a one man play

a musical, its on today

he invites me to the matinee

and says to bring my butler wayne

is he insane

to engage in silly games

as in storm through the door

i've worked with wayne for years

and hes good for nothing more

Nevertheless off wayne and i go

to watch silly billies solo show

wayne drove us both to soho

two reserved seats in the front row

we took our place

and patiently waited

a black stage

with spotlite vacated

it was the right time

and the right place

and thats when wayne

made a face

he ripped of his tuxido

down to sequined thong

took center stage

and burst into song

his song was of sorrow

his song was of pain

i snapped shut up wayne

and get dressed again

but he kept on singing

his song was for me

about how hard he worked

and how mean i can be

BOOOOOOO i shouted

but the room disagreed

The whole crowd

found this moving indeed

i walked at wayne

i took out my cane

i thrashed his rear

while the whole crowd jeered

That night

billy never appeared
